53. (1)  Appointment of practitioner: $10.
(2)  Homologation of practitioner’s report: $10.
(3)  Registration following homologated report: $10.
(4)  For any judgment relating to a motion for change in alimony, custody of children, visiting rights or leaves agreed upon, without proof and hearing, to each attorney, one fee only: $75.
(5)  For judgment after proof and hearing with respect to all the measures described in subsection 4, to each attorney, one fee only: $100.
